  I recently had a terrible experience at the Skyway Inn in SeaTac that I feel compelled to share. My children and I encountered both bedbugs and lice during our stay, which is simply unacceptable. I have traveled extensively and have never dealt with such issues before, making this stay the absolute worst I've ever had.To make matters worse, I accidentally left behind a piece of cremation jewelry of my daughter whom passed away. When I contacted the motel right away, they assured me they would hold onto it. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was devastated to learn that they had thrown it away. The front desk staff confirmed this with the manager over the phone, and to my shock, the staff member laughed at me and called me irresponsible for leaving something so precious behind.This experience at Skyway Inn has left me feeling disrespected and heartbroken. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place and choose a more reputable hotel. No one should have to deal with bedbugs or the loss of cherished belongings, especially in such an insensitive manner.

  Great place to stay near Seatac Airport

  Loved the place! Very nice large room with all the amenities at a good price. Has good lighting, nice vanity, decent TV, good shower, and great AC. The bed was nice. And it is right next to a light rail station. I made the reservation late because the Motel 6 down the street canceled my reservation without telling me. Skyway Inn has nicer rooms at a better location and less in price that the Motel 6 located at 16500 Pacific Hwy South. Stay here instead.

  Stay away from this place. Horrible customer service. Lairs about the shuttle. Theybsaid 15 mins, we waited. Then he had an Emergency and told us another 15 mins. They lied. They kept us waiting for a hour.The rooms are Horrible. And the safest area. Do your family a favor and stay somewhere else. While we waited other other circled around for their guests at least 3 trips.

  Do yourself a favor and use another long-term parking location.

  I can't say anything about the hotel, but I had the worst experience with the attached long-term parking in front of the hotel.When I called to arrange a pick-up at the airport, the person on the phone gave rude answers while I was asking where I should wait. The driver arrived and stopped about 400 feet away from the place where I was supposed to be meeting. I walked toward and waved, but the driver took off without me. When I called again, the person on the phone blamed me for not watching out for the driver and hung up on me. I had no clue if they would return to pick me up. After another 30 minutes of waiting, I took an Uber to get there. As soon as I entered the office, all hell broke loose and the lady behind the counter started yelling without me saying anything. I just wanted to pick up my car in peace after a 20-hour flight.

  It Served it's Purpose as a Cheap Overnights Rest Til Embarkation

  The pillows & bed were very comfortable! The rest of the room is very old & outdated. Most rooms have updated USB outlets & such, they do not. There was a dead bug in my lampshade. I can't stress enough about how desperately they're in need of a renovation!!!!There was a guy next door arguing on the phone and I heard him shouting clear as day. It was one of those conjoined rooms that no longer has that option. They placed an old chair in front of the door. I couldn't get a picture of it but in room 146? (I forget my room) the top of the mirror had scribbles saying: "Want u 2 know my family got kidnapped on 11/2/2021" Interesting! I'ma Google that date...It's near some good food though. The Mexican restaurant, a pizza joint and 7-11 across the roadway. That was convenient. They have a free aiirport shuttle. They're also serve as a hub for the port shuttle. That isn't free, but it's still better than Uber or Lyft. $25 round trip. Tell the receptionist and they'll give you a number to call and reserve a pick up.Oh, the wifi was decent too. They have cable with the HBOs as well.
