The way I rate a hotel is first of all on cleanliness and safety, and then on the "bells and whistles."This Sleep Inn is clean and in good repair. While I felt safe when inside, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Always at least one homeless person in the parking lot or within eye sight. Overall impression is that it is passable but not desirable.Breakfast room is small with the usual essentials. There is an IHOP literally across the parking lot that had very good options for any time of day.The free shuttle from the airport was fast and efficient. They offered to shuttle us anywhere within a mile or so to eat or to shop.They also have contracts with shuttles to take you to the cruise pier for a fee.Overall, it was adequate for our needs which was an overnight stay prior to a cruise. Want to relax in the most Phenomenal hotel I've ever been to in my lifetime & I've been pretty much everywhere from Ohio, Florida, California, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Canada, Pennsylvania, & many more hotels close enough to around the world this SeaTac near the Seattle Washington airport Choice hotel is absolutely amazing phenomenal cleanist amazing caring kindest people you'll have find working in any hotel and the room's ohmygosh super cleanliness most comfortable setup with toiletries in the restroom they even have full size shampoo, conditioner, skin cream, & breakfast is out of this world with fresh scrambled eggs, breads of all sorts, fresh fruit, yogurt at least 2 different scrumptious flavors, 2 different flavors bake yourself waffles 4 kinds of juices sausage so yummy & ham and don't forget your coffee I love mine Pippin hot it's there too this hotel deserves a metal and Star cause to myself and my friends and family this hotel is top notch 1 of many of the works his name is Andrew, Jonathan (does front desk & shuttle driver) Monica, Danh, Datk, Earla Angela, Agency / Consultant at Sleep Inn SeaTac Airport, responded to this review Thank you for your amazing review and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. First thing we noticed was The Lobby was very clean and tidy. Rosa (night audit) was very kind and gaved us great costumer service. Double bed room was very clean with no weird scents the sheets were spotless. I have no complaints at all and I’m very likely to stay here again. Best thing : Costumer Service , Clean room and breakfast included. I stayed two nights at this hotel. It is a value focused property, perfectly adequate for a short stay. It is showing some wear and tear and has been around a while. Service was simple and friendly. The room was fine and clean. You can hear a fair amount of noise from adjoining rooms. I appreciated that the windows opened for fresh air. Breakfast was basic and crowded. The fitness room was a token of some odd branded cardio equipment and busy so I didnt use it. There is an IHOP next to the place and you can also walk to a few places not far for convenience including the Angle Lake light rail station if you want to go into Seattle or elsewhere without returning to the airport. In short this place is a fair option, nothing special nor does it try to be! The shuttle service was fine to and from the airport. No waiting when I got to the pick up area and once an hour from the airport- check on the schedule as it changes. Some tried to break into my room.Didn't eat the breakfast. Shuttle runs when it wants to. IHOP across the way is convenient. Early check in for $50, but after 12pm.
