    Room lighting minimal, dark drab room colors were not inviting , the bed was uncomfortableHad to pay for parking in there own lotNo free continental breakfast. And we paid top room rate!

    If you don’t want to pay a five-star hotel price for a motel stay — don’t stay here. Everything about this experience was upsetting and unprofessional.I booked 5 nights at a confirmed rate and authorized the charge. The next day, without my knowledge or consent, the hotel charged an additional $400 to my card, claiming the rate had changed overnight.When I spoke to the manager, she was completely unhelpful — just repeated that “prices change,” and if I wasn’t happy, well, too bad. No explanation, no accountability, and no solution.

    got there and wasn't greeted very warmly by front desk. asked for 2nd floor room, was told no. 10.00 for parking. 100.00 hold on card. it's been about a week, no money returned yet even though hotel says the room was fine the way I left it. called to check in on the hold, Alex the night auditor specifically told me my "bank sucks" and this is why I don't have the money back yet (also told me his bank is awesome so if it were him he'd already have money back). I've never been treated so rudely by staff, the supposed ops manager Alexa wasn't helpful at all. so many hotel and Airbnb choices out there, don't even consider this one

    Pretty disappointing. Very dated and tired. Really surprising that it is highly rated as it is. Furniture and carpet is really old. Low ceilings and long hallways make for a depressing experience all around. I will say on the positive side there was plenty of parking!

    Perfect Location , excellent service staff friendly and attentive, clean room with nice view, all the shopping mall and restaurants are not very far from this location ! Everything was so perfect from check in to checkout ! Highly recommended
