    Everyone here was so incredibly kind - they have covered parking so it helped being able to unload in the car. We had a great time! We brought small kids and everyone was so kind and nice and our five year old said “that hotel was a blast!” The indoor pool was a huge hit

    Hotel met expectations. The signage was out on the building so I missed it the first time by. The front desk was very helpful and friendly.

    Great hotel, great location.Room was exceptionally appointed with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. Breakfast was included and had a nice assortment.Nick at the front desk was very accommodating throughout my stay including providing area information and needs requested. He always gave a nice greeting.Highly recommend this hotel.

    Apathetic, Disrespectful, and Disappointing

    Unfortunately this hotel is hard to work with and has apathetic employees and disrespectful guests. We had a courtesy block with this hotel and were working closely with the hotel months in advance. We requested a room on the top floor several times over email and in our reservation. Unfortunately we find out on the day-of that our request was not granted. We tried to rectify the situation during check in, but we were told there's nothing they could do and the front desk attendant was not sympathetic and she could not care less. Other hotel guests were blatantly rude to us and outright disrespectful and the front desk of course did not care and was amused by the disrespect. Some people you have working here... Extremely disappointing experience and was way more difficult than it needed to be. I would not recommend staying here at all and I regret suggesting this hotel to family and friends. Stay at another hotel in Issaquah that doesn't charge for parking because Springhill Suites doesn't care about you.

    Location was good, within walking distance to Issaquah Commons. Room was clean and modern, free covered parking was a big plus.
