  Stayed here as a last minute booking due to snow storm and Closed highways. Pleasantly surprised. Immaculate, seemed newly renovated. All necessary amenities. Free coffee in lobby. Friendly, courteous front desk service. Fair pricing.   An amazing HIEX!

  We stayed here a few years ago. It was unremarkable at that time. We were impressed by how much has changed. This is a well-managed and exceptional Holiday Inn Express. The property exemplifies quality upgrades. It is one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we have ever booked.I highly recommend it for business or pleasure.

  Set up a room today for my sister who is trying to get away from an abusive relationship. When I called to confirm that I would not be the one staying there and would just be paying for the room the front desk said that they would refuse to honor the reservation and would be unable to get it refunded as it is under 24hrs. I asked how I could cancel it before 24hrs when I set the appointment 20 minutes ago. The front desk clerk had no answer for that and stated "you can call on Monday and 'try' to get your money back when my manager is in".   Horrible place not up to standards

  This hotel is a combo hotel with Staybridge suites. Rooms are tiny, management doesn’t care about guest satisfaction or service. Each morning have to wait quite a while over 5 minutes for hot water and same in the evening. Seems like wasting water is acceptable to hotel management. Room attendants half clean rooms and don’t clean bathrooms properly. Hotel management feels it is acceptable to employ room attendants who steal guests items from stay over rooms.

  Fabulous "Dual Hotel" !!

  What a wonderful hotel! It is actual a "Dual Hotel" with a Staybridge Suites if you need extended stay. Both look and feel brand new and have all of the amenities you would want and expect - plus more! The beds, pillows and room comfort is first class. The bathroom had room for both my husband and me getting ready - and since I like to spread my goodies out on the counter, that's saying quite a lot!! We were only able to stay for one night this trip but we will definitely be going back any time we are in the area. The Owner and GM are to be commended as the staff is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. The ambiance is first class with many seating areas in the very large lobby from small-to-medium conversation areas to an actual conference table where there was a business meeting going on without being a distraction or disturbance to the guests coming/going. The complimentary breakfast was very very good and lots of choices. The parking lot is very large and well lit and freeway access is "right there" yet rooms are very quiet. We will definitely be going back as soon as possible. This is a really great place!!!
