    Great location, and very comfortable big rooms for the price with plenty of amenities! I’d also like to recognize the gentleman at the front desk “DJ” - exceptional customer service and very welcoming and friendly! In addition to being a former resort manager, we travel extensively and have stayed at some of the most premier resorts in the world. DJ was one of the best hotel employees I’ve ever come across! He deserves a promotion and a raise!

    SureStay motel in Ellensburg, WA "exceeded expectation"! I wanted a clean, friendly, safe budget hotel for two nights. This one surprised me by being 100% all the way 'round: pleasant, clean, comfy room & bed. Yes, during the night a train or two may go by, but the noise is in the background, not a problem. Hotel staff cleaned & slicked up the room when we were gone. The front desk clerks were immediately-always there, friendly, responsive & helpful! The breakfast I skipped, as just mostly bagels & biscuits, but appreciated the 24/7 cofffee. Everything in the room worked well - even the hair dryer, tho' there is an extra button to make it turn "on" but the front desk showed me how. The pool was a joy! Right there on ground floor - a nice temp with a hot-tub in one corner, and lots of towels. Great way to start the day: ten 'laps' of the small pool and it's real exercise and totally refreshing. Will stay there again!

    Basic lodging, clean and in good repair. Friendly, efficient staff. Modest room includes refrigerator and a tiny microwave. Didn't use indoor swimming pool, but appeared clean and attractive. Included continental breakfast better than expected. Overall, an excellent value for money.     Nice clean room friendly staff. Wendy was very helpful and considerate. Breakfast was average for this hotel. Good accommodation for handicap.     Clean hotel with clean air, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff.Lisa and Wendy were very helpful and kind.I will stay in this hotel again and I recommend it to everybody.My only advice is to replace hairdryers, because the one in my room was making a lot of noise withnot much air coming out of it. It was unusuable, and I am glad I had time to dry my hair without it.There are no elevators in the hotel. I don't need it but wanted to let everybody know.
