    DO NOT stay here!! Our room was ice cold when we got here, the heater goes up to 84 but I’m telling you that is not the case, it blows cool air then asked the front desk for extra blankets and they said nope they don’t have extra blankets, so we had to warm up our tootsies in the bathtub with super warm water!!

    I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! For starters when we arrived, they made us pay $20 / car for parking during our 1 night stay which was not communicated when reserving this janky hotel. We flipped the light on to reveal half of the lights in our room were either out or mixed with warm and cool tones and the cot we requested when making the reservation was not put into our room. The room was also filthy and disgusting when we arrived. There was trash left in the room assuming from the people who stayed in there before us. There was hair on the bed sheets and on the bathroom floor. The floor in general looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in many stays. It appeared that they just change the sheets and do no other basic cleaning in between guests. This does not matter as much as the cleanliness of a hotel does, but there were holes all over the walls from screws and who knows what else as well as a lack of design in general. We had a huge room with a small kitchenette but no furniture to the fill the other half of the room that did not have beds in it. When we finally got the tv to turn on by standing a foot away from the screen, the only thing that would work on the tv was the off and on button. The rest of the remote buttons would not work at all. This hotel was overpriced and disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

    The manager was horrible. The rooms were disgusting. There was a dead spider on the wall. Flies inside of the room. Very dirty and Horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, not even on my worst enemy. Sutton Suites is not a hotel even a homeless person should stay at. Disgusting. Manager was dude and had a DISGUSTING attitude as well.

    I seldom write reviews. The only reason I gave this place even a 2 was that the staff was super friendly and it has an airport shuttle. There was no hot water. We had to ask for cups, coffee packets and tissues. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. We travel often and this bed was #1 for the worst ever.

    Absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Bugs crawling on us in the bed, long black hairs in the sheets, the plug in sparked when I plugged in my phone charger and the room was just filthy and run down. We reserved the night before, parking for the week and the night after out trip. We told them we would not be staying at the end of our trip due to these issues and they refused to refund the last night. I called to speak to a manager every single day of our vacation and either they don't answer the phone or tell me they don't know when a manager will be in. It appears I will never get to speak to a manager or get a refund of the unused night. Absolutely horrible establishment.
