    The beds and pillows linen towels and room was great , the shower was great perfect for good nights rest to cope with jet lag - we did try the cafe for breakfast food was good the only downside was literally one of the lifts playing up from time to time.Staff lovely and helpful , ideally located for 10min walk down to pike market

    We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and have always found it to a classy place. Just a block from the Paramount Theatre, it is a handy location on theatre night. As an aside, the restaurant is interesting - Korean at night; American breakfast in the morning.     This was a fabulous stay. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Very convenient to shops and food. One of the best parts is check out is at noon, so your not so rushed to get out the door. Will stay again if ever in the area.     Wonderful hotel. Allowed us to check in early so we could attend a play across the street at 1pm. Staff wad so friendly, parking was quick and easy. Great restaurant and coffee shop on site.
