  I normally have one problem or another when staying at hotels and I stay often. I was pleasantly surprised that everything went so well with this hotel. Our room was a very good size, clean, and a great bathroom. Beds were comfortable and had nice sheets. Location was very central to most attractions in the Seattle area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot felt secure. The only thing that was disappointing was the restaurant for happy hour. Food was poor quality but it was actually fine for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!   Best hotel I've ever stayed in in Seattle

  This has been the best hotel experience. I travel to Seattle often for work and have stayed at IHG, Hyatt, Westin, Marriott, everywhere, and The Sound Hotel is head and shoulders above them all. It's extremely clean. I mean, you haven't seen clean like this. The room is renovated, modern, spacious, and comes with a nice closet, fridge, coffee maker, and a huge shower. The staff is so nice and welcoming! This has quickly become my go-to hotel in Seattle.   Not worth the money.

  was honestly disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the prices. The biggest issue wasn’t the staff it was the lack of visible, active management on the floor.Throughout the visit, it was clear the employees were doing their best, but they seemed overwhelmed and unsupported. There was no manager checking in on tables, assisting during busy moments, or helping resolve small issues before they became noticeable. In a restaurant at this price point, you expect leadership to be present and engaged, not absent.Good management sets the tone for service, organization, and guest experience. Unfortunately, that structure didn’t seem to be in place. When things slowed down or confusion happened, there was no visible direction or guidance for the team. It gave the impression that staff were left to figure things out on their own.The employees themselves were polite and trying hard, which made it even more disappointing to see them without the support they clearly needed. With stronger, more hands-on management presence, this place could operate at a much higher level.For what they charge, guests should feel that leadership is actively invested in the experience and that just wasn’t evident during my visit. Spend your money elsewhere.   Great Business Stay in a Prime Belltown Location

  I stayed at The Sound Hotel Seattle Belltown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for four nights during a business trip in February 2026, and it proved to be an excellent base.The location is ideal, with easy access to Belltown, downtown, and plenty of places to eat and explore. My room was a standout being spacious, clean, modern, and very well equipped, making it a comfortable place to work and unwind after long days.The front desk staff were excellent throughout my stay. They were consistently friendly, professional, and proactive in offering useful information on how to make the most of my time both in and out of the hotel, from local recommendations to practical tips that made navigating the area much easier.The only minor downside was the limited menu selection in the hotel restaurant. It wasn’t surprising for a business‑focused property, but still worth noting for anyone planning to dine in regularly.A memorable bonus was something completely unexpected: the hotel happened to be right on the route of the Seattle Seahawks’ Super Bowl Victory Parade. I had a perfect view from a second‑floor street‑facing window a once‑in‑a‑lifetime moment that made the trip even more special.Overall, The Sound Hotel is a strong choice for business travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location. I’d happily stay again.   We decided on Seattle, and the Sound Hotel for a quick getaway. We couldn't be happier with our choice. The lovely bar/terrace with its breathtaking views, plus the bartender, Diarien made for a great time. My thanks to Greg and Lukas, who both went above and beyond to address a issue we had. Thank you again and we highly recommend this Hotel for your next stay in Seattle.
