  Great location - even GREATER customer service!

  This property is located close to several food options, Paine Field (Everett), and the ferry terminal and old town Mukilteo. There are great parks and hiking trails nearby (Big Gulch Trail System). The rooms are set up for working (nice desk and chair). There is a nice pool and the property has a “resort” feel to it. The greatest part is the awesome customer service provided by Frenchie at the front desk. Knows us by name and even tucks some cookies aside for our 0200 checkin. Great smile and awesome attitude. Makie also does a great job! Keep up the good job team!!!   Aging property. Clean room and affordable. That's all folks.

  This place is old and aging. I've stayed here several times between 2022 and 2025. And it feels like it's aged 20 years in that 3 year period. The rooms are clean to be fair. But management has changed several times in the three years. The pool hadn't been available the last eighttimes I've stayed. No food for sale in the lobby fridge. Breakfast going downhill. "Selection" non existent. As a Titanium level last four years and Ambassador ten years in a row before; this property vaguely resembles other superb Town properties I've stayed at. VAGUELY. Frankly the feel is becoming motel like. BUT. You get what you pay for and the pricing is very competitive. Sooooooo. Clean room and affordable. OK. Clean room and affordable. That's all folks.   I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the facility was very clean. The rooms are setup like an apartment, with a separate entrance for each room. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a partial kitchen (no stove, but includes a microwave and refrigerator). The stay includes complementary breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay, I would definitely stay here again.   Priced low for a reason

  The rooms are small and really only meant for 2 people. No bedding for the sofa bed was in the room upon check in and the front desk didn’t have any so I had to wait until the next day to get any. When you check in make sure everything works because my microwave didn’t work, light bulb missing in the bathroom, and the door wasn’t closing when I would leave. Pool was green and out of service. Water machine and computer in the lobby is out of service. Breakfast is not a real continental breakfast because there is only 1 fruit option, only half the toasters work, and the cereal was stale.When they came in to fix my microwave the door didn’t close properly so my door was left open. When I reported that management avoided me (I was told they were not there) until I checked out, I had to call corporate to get them to cal me back and I’m still trying to get it resolved.When I would report the issues to the front desk all I would get is insincere apologies but I would never get a response from management. When I called about my door being left open, the person at the front desk apologized and said there is nothing they could do about that and they didn’t even send anyone to check the door to only claim to check it after I left just to conveniently say it was working properly. I will not be returning here.   Platinum Elite Guest Mistreated – Forced to Rebook Myself at 10pm

  I stayed (or was supposed to stay) at TownePlace Suites Seattle Everett/Mukilteo on July 10, 2025, and as a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I’ve never been so disrespected or disregarded by Marriott staff.After six hours of driving, I arrived at 10:00 PM, only to be greeted by Krissy at the front desk with, “Your room won’t be ready for at least another hour.” Not only was this delivered without a single apology, but the front desk staff member became immediately defensive and even yelled at me, blaming me for “checking in so late” and saying it wasn’t their fault. I calmly asked what would be done to make this right, and was simply dismissed while she returned to checking in other guests.Let me be clear, I never raised my voice once. I was treated with zero professionalism and no effort was made to fix the situation. I had to personally call Marriott support while standing in the lobby and ultimately booked a different hotel room myself, 20 minutes further away and nearly $100 more expensive, just to have a place to sleep.No apology. No help. No case filed. This was an absolute failure in both service and accountability. If this is how Marriott treats their highest-tier members, I can’t imagine how general guests are handled.Until this is resolved properly, I cannot recommend TownePlace Suites Mukilteo to anyone.
