    The hotel was nice and comfortable to start with but we had paid for a water view and got mostly the inside corner view the building and large event tent. All night long we were woken up by the elevator dinging and the absolute worst part of the stay was at 9 am they had scheduled what we were told at check-in was to be a brief alarm. I am not aware of a single guest being affected by that in the past 5 years, so it comes as a bit of a surprise. If it is not too much trouble, would it be possible to speak by phone? My direct line is 425-739-6331.Regarding our planned fire alarm, that mandatory test is performed once a year to ensure that our system is working property. This is requited, and also done for the safety of all of our guests. I am happy to hear that this was clearly communicated to you upon check-in, but I am once again sorry that you were disturbed for those 7 minutes.     The hotel is delightful, from the champagne at check-in to the sunset from our balcony. Couldn't have been a better experience...until I realized after returning home that I had left something in my room. Not to worry, the hotel staff tracked it down and returned it to me, safe and sound. Special thanks to Scott and Megan for helping me. I will definitely return.     Poor service, loud wedding venue and not a hotel

    This hotel is really set up as a wedding venue Friday, Saturday and Sunday making for a very loud party noise throughout the hotel until 11 pm at night. No valet, the workout facility is located at the end of a long, dark parking garage and housekeeping is only available upon request. I understand from my team that you were given a complimentary upgrade to our 2nd highest suite level, also as a way to move you further away from the wedding. Our wedding end time for outside is 9pm, and the overall hard stop for the inside portion of our weddings is 11pm. I am also concerned about your housekeeping comment. Our housekeeping team provides daily service, unless there is a "DND" on the door.     Pretty location that’s about it…

    Woodmark is at an excellent location, that’s the only thing it got. I had an extended stay during holiday at the hotel with my wife costing me pretty penny. Rooms are basic(3 out of 5), I had a room on 2nd floor facing the lake. Even the view is blocked by tent. If you are taking a room facing lake make sure it is on 3rd floor or higher.Cleanliness(4 out of 5); service (1 out of 5) they don’t even provide water bottles, they only provide for 1st day. For rooms costing $370+ per day I would expect basic service like providing water. I asked for extending the checkout for 1 hour, the man at the front desk outright said no. I told him that I was staying for 4 nights, we need little more time to pack, he didn’t have the courtesy to extend the checkout out by 1 hour. Value(0 out of 5) beyond the room fees, you get charged $25 for self parking and otherI will not stay at this hotel again!!     Location is Everything... Because the Hotel Isn't

    The hotel's location is beautiful, but for $300 a night, the value is not there. The room was basic with limited amenities, and the mini-fridge was empty (seriously, wtf!). There was no room service, bar, or restaurant. My stay was made worse by a poor night's sleep due to a noisy garbage truck at 6:15 a.m. and an air conditioner that blew directly on my face. I would not recommend this hotel. I'm glad this was for a work trip and I didn't have to pay for it. Though probably not along the same lines you are thinking, we do have Carillon Kitchen that serves breakfast and lunch (also delivers to our guest rooms), and there are 3 other restaurants here within the plaza of Carillon Point. Two of them also deliver to our guest rooms. We are also in the early stages of finding an area to put a bar back in the hotel. I hope you would consider giving us another try in the future. This is the first mention of an early morning garbage truck, so I thank you for bring that to my attention! Thank you again for your review, and for sharing your feedback.
