Best location in town
03 Jun 2026
Hotel is in the absolute best location. Right in the center of old town. You literally walk out the door and you are in the middle of it. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean, large, lots of storage and a/c works well. We mentioned we thought maybe our room might get noise from the outside road and they immediately offered to move us. We moved to room 117 and it was very quiet. Breakfast is very good and the little bar is great. If you want a view ask for a second floor front facing room. We would highly recommend and will most definitely come back. Hotel Manager, Owner at Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront, responded to this review Dear Guest,We are delighted you enjoyed our prime central location, clean spacious rooms, and helpful friendly staff. It is great to know the breakfast and bar added to your experience and that your room change ensured a comfortable stay. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.Sincerely, Hotel Manager

Great experience
23 May 2026
Bit of story….we stayed here last night. I had a rough night & couldn’t sleep. I went to the lobby @ 4am, Chris was at the desk and offered to make me coffee & I agreed. After an hour I wanted to go back to bed & had forgotten my room key in the room. He made me another card to get back in no problem whatsoever. At 8am I went back to tell him thank you in person but he had already left. He was so accommodating & nice to me. Altogether it was a great experience. I very much recommended this place. Good people & very personable. Hotel Manager, Owner at Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront, responded to this review Dear Guest,We are delighted to hear you had a great experience and that our team member provided kind and accommodating service during your stay. Your positive feedback is truly appreciated, and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon.Sincerely, Hotel Manager

Very Nice Location
14 May 2026
We stayed here for a short getaway recently. The rooms were a nice size with plenty of room to move around. I chose a view of the bay, and as nice as that was, the street noise may bother some, especially at night. We found the staff to be courteous and accommodating. The location is perfect for perusing the old town area and easy to navigate from if you wished to go on side trips. Hotel Manager, Owner at Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront, responded to this review Dear Guest,We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the spacious room, beautiful bay view, courteous staff and our convenient location near the old town area. Your feedback regarding street noise has been noted and will be reviewed with the appropriate teams to enhance guest comfort. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.Sincerely, Hotel Manager

Good stay.. lost the charm
05 May 2026
I’ve stayed here many times however this is the first time I’ve stayed since the renovations. I’m not sure how I feel about that. The fountain that was in the middle of the entrance is gone. The wall that separated the dining area from the lobby is gone. I miss that because it was a good separation for the two. The bar has been moved. All of the old charm is gone. The new bar is I guess modern. I’m just disappointed with the overall aesthetics. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The room was clean however I notice before taking a shower that the shower curtain had been ripped in two spots. I was told by the morning staff she apologized but just said yeah, it’s a special order???? Okay well then special order it. Starbucks is the same. It was a good starter to the day. Breakfast was amazing as always. However they need to expand their menu for dinner. I miss the prime rib. I would stay here again as always I just hope as they continue with their changing of the hotel that they keep the charm. Hotel Manager, Owner at Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront, responded to this review Dear Guest,We are delighted you continued to enjoy the amazing breakfast, pool, hot tub, clean room, and Starbucks during your stay. Your thoughtful feedback regarding the renovations, dining options, and room maintenance has been noted and shared with the appropriate teams for review as we continue enhancing the guest experience.Sincerely, Hotel Manager
