  Filthy! Even upgraded to a suite for and it was beyond nasty. We left and stayed at The Ponce. And, I can't get a refund. I can't give this place a severe enough review. Stay away!

  A bit misleading on this property with old (very nice photos). With that being said; location, location, location is very good. The staff was nice and accomodating upon check-in. The pictures on trip advisor are not valid/MISLEADING. This should only be a $75.00 per night hotel at best. The room was clean, dated. Outside of the building needs a good power wash and painting, grounds are in desperate repair/ weed eating, and flowers/bushes need alot of attention. A/C vent to our room was cracked and coming off, A/C worked fine though, walls inside room were cracking and appeared to have water damage at some point, but room was livable, sheets and linens were clean, although I had a left over long hair on a towel, (something that would happen at a laundry mat), good water temperature in shower. Bed was comfortable but squeaked. The plus side was we were able to park outside of our room. The trolly comes through the parking lot in the AM and through-out the day 0930 to 1600. You can hear the tram driver talking about high light sights. Hotel backs right up to the Fountain of Youth. Peacocks are loud! A good place to set up shop for a night or 2 to check out the sights, but pricy for what you get. The breakfast area seemed to be clean. The eggs and sausage were typical of a free breakfast, liquid eggs and boiled looking sausage if that is your thing. Coffee was good. I'd probably stay here again, but it would have to be $75 per night or all other hotels did not have availability. Liquor Store on sight!

  The pictures they show of this hotel are at least 10 years old. The place requires an update. The rooms are filthy, the rooms smell like mildew, and the bedroom floors are extremely dirty. The hotel's grounds are a mess! We have pictures! I would not book here ever again!!!
