The resort has 378 rooms and 207 suites, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Enjoyed all that Tradewinds has to offer including incredible views of the ocean and the best spicy Margarita I’ve ever had courtesy of Tent at Playa. Highly recommend!

    Mace’-O was fabulous! His energy was so welcoming and friendly and fun! We smiled and laughed a lot. On top of that, he checked on us but not in an helicopter way, just in the best ways! He also offered advice for which tacos to get (which his recommendations were great!) Would certainly eat here again!
