Cute Birthday Getaway
05 Jun 2026
Soile was amazing and so kind when checking us in! The hotel was more beautiful than the pictures and it was a nice little vacation out of NYC. We did not have an atrium view suite so can’t speak to the noise level from the lobby but our King room was so spacious and faced the trees in such a scenic way. Will definitely be visiting again! General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Hyatt Regency Greenwich, responded to this review Dear cynthiawX9141ZQ,We are delighted that your birthday getaway was such a memorable experience. It is especially wonderful to hear that Soile helped make your arrival feel warm and welcoming, and we will be sure to share your kind recognition. We are also pleased that your guest room provided plenty of space and that the natural surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere of your visit. Knowing that our property exceeded your expectations and offered a refreshing escape from the city makes your feedback even more meaningful. Thank you for choosing Hyatt Regency Greenwich for your celebration. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back for another enjoyable stay.Sincerely,Scott CaseGeneral Manager

Darian Wedding Stay
20 May 2026
This hotel is nice. It's a good location we went from Greenwich to Darian and downtown Stamford (night life). It's a little dated for the price though. Our family stayed nearby at a much better price. Staff was great! Bar is fun at night. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Hyatt Regency Greenwich, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay at Hyatt Regency Greenwich. We are delighted to know our location worked well for your plans, allowing you to enjoy the wedding celebrations and local nightlife with ease. It is also wonderful to learn that our team provided courteous service and that you enjoyed the lively atmosphere at the bar during the evenings. Furthermore, we appreciate your comments regarding the overall value and condition of the property, as guest feedback is important in helping us evaluate ways to enhance the guest experience. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us for such a special occasion and hope to welcome you back again in the future.Sincerely,Brian LodermeierGeneral Manager

Don’t stay if you like rest
19 May 2026
We stay here often but since the renovation I guess it wants to be a club? Banging music all night in the courtyard and all the rooms surround it. Dan at front desk says Delmar is better. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Hyatt Regency Greenwich, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for your continued loyalty and for sharing your feedback following your recent stay. We are sorry to hear that the atmosphere during your recent stay did not align with the experience you have come to expect. While enhancements and updates are intended to elevate the guest experience, we recognize that factors such as evening activity and music levels may not suit every traveler’s preferences. Your comments have been shared with the appropriate teams as we continually evaluate ways to balance a vibrant environment with guest comfort. We also appreciate your comments regarding your interaction at the front desk. Our team remains committed to enhancing the guest experience and carefully reviewing feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. We value your patronage and hope to welcome you back for a stay that better meets your expectations.Sincerely,Brian Lodermeier General Manager
