I stay at the Norwalk Inn almost every week while commuting from the city, and it’s consistently an outstanding experience. The team — Amanda, Alfredo, Tyler, Miguel, and many others — go above and beyond and truly make you feel like family. The rooms are always in pristine condition, and the overall quality and attention to detail never waver. The level of hospitality here is exceptional. I can’t say enough great things about this place.

Well come back - good experience with the hotel and overall weekend

I keep thinking back on our getaway weekend last autumn so much that i wanted to share. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the coast and town and we really want to come back. This facility is pretty nice, gorgeous zen entrance with waterfall, nice shiny floors and really happy staff. Although there for only two days we became familiar with the staff who were very friendly and through some pleasant conversations we learned a bit about town and they actually suggested some of the lesser known beaches. Being autumn we didnt go to swim but just walk on the shore and the place we wound up going to was gorgeous and literally just a couple minutes drive from the hotel. Town was just a couple minutes the other way. Some decent shopping and night life and the Norwalk Aquarium was right there too, so the hotel was well centered among the towns attractions. Our room was pretty big and bed comfortable. Very clean when we got there and the bathroom was spacious. Their outdoor pool was already closed for the season, but looked pretty good too. Restaurant with full bar was filled with people having a good time. I ate one of their burgers and a steak and was pretty happy with that too, pretty decent menu. Lots of little nooks and corners in the building, a reading area with little library, gym and everything youd expect. lots of free parking too. Overall we were happy choosing this place, we would come back.

I had a great stay at Norwalk Inn. The location is perfect—quiet, convenient, and close to everything in Norwalk. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything, and check-in was smooth.What I really liked was how peaceful the atmosphere felt while still being close to restaurants and shops. It’s a solid place whether you’re staying for business or just getting away for a bit.

Our Favorite Hotel and Restaurant

Spent a fabulous weekend at this property while my boiler was being fixed. The staff was super accommodating, and the room was immaculate. The bonus - they have a restaurant onsite that serves fresh, homemade food - none of that pre-packaged, just heat and serve food served by hotel chains! And the price was reasonable! I couldn't be any happier with the Norwalk Inn. It is now my family's go-to hotel when we have guests coming over. They are the best!

Comfortable shelter from a snowstorm

Took shelter here during a bad snowstorm and luckily they had a room. Had a comfortable and quiet stay and ate at the restaurant too. The food was good and the staff were very nice and helpful.
