    Life threating Motel

    We booked this motel on line through Priceline not knowing how bad it was. Once we arrived an ATF officer who was in the parking lot told us it is the most unsafe motel in Tampa Fl. He told us he was there due to 4 subjects being arrested the day before for armed robbery and the only reason people came to this motel was to buy drugs. There was shady looking characters sitting by the rooms outside while kids were running around playing and riding bicycles and some scantily chad women walking from the motel to the adjoining street. If you value your life do not book this motel. The motel and Priceline refused to refund our money even though if we stayed our lives were in danger. The officer also told us he was there under cover and dope deals were going on all the time and break ins occurred all the time. We did not stay at this motel. This motel should be taken off Priceline's list of motels.

    They should rename it as Heroin Hotel. Is an extremely low class place. Our room was beside a room where drug dealers and users live.Absolutely not safe to stay even 10 minutes, least a night.After realizing that my daughter and I were in danger, I left the terrible, smelly and dirty room. Got back to the bullet proof window "reception", asked for a refund on the 120 dollar charge, and got a 20 dollar refund, nothing more.I cannot believe that choice hotels would bare their name and brand on this ZERO star hotel.Be very careful. No refunds, no security, nothing but a nightmare.

    SCAM HOTEL!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND LIED ABOUT A REFUND. VERY DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT.

    Quite possibly the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. I would rate it less than a star. And I wouldn’t even call it a hotel. It was extremely unsafe and disgusting. Not only was there no check in office (the office was literally just a desk in one of the hotel rooms). But also there was multiple congregations of people just hanging around outside the rooms being loud asf and banging on the doors and running around. I heard people screaming and while we were trying to check in, someone tried to sell my boyfriend drugs & some other lady next to us was screaming about someone overdosing on heroine. IM SORRY, WHAT??? that’s our experience just checking in!!! We didn’t even see the room yet. Once we get to the room- it is the most unsanitary room I’ve ever seen. There were stains everywhere and tears in the pillows and blankets. The floors were disgusting and I didn’t even wanna touch the bed or anything. The room smelt musty & like mold and there were bugs everywhere. There was a man outside our room screaming at someone. And it sounded like some couple in the room next to us was loudly arguing. This was DEFINITELY not the place to stay. We felt extremely unsafe.We returned our keys and asked for a refund. The man at the desk kindly said he would reverse the charge. HOWEVER, 5 days later and I still did not get a refund. I am not currently fighting with EXPEDIA to get my money back as the hotel will NOT answer their phone.DO NOT COME HERE.EXTREMELY UNSAFE. PEOPLE ARE OVERDOSING ON DRUGS HERE AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU DECIDE TO RETURN YOUR KEYSTHEY STOLE MY MONEY. THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. I SPENT NEARLY 100$ TO BOOK, AND AFTER 10 MINS I RETURNED MY KEYS. THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT EVEN BE LEGAL TO BE RAN. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEY NEVER GAVE ME MY REFUND, I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR NEARLY A MONTH AND THEY WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES. EXPEDIA IS NO HELP EITHER. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT COME HERE!

    Beware….not a hotel, a drug hangout

    If I could give this hotel a negative 1000 I would! The pictures online are misleading and when you get there, you don’t realize that you’re about to be entering a very unsafe environment until you round the corner to go upstairs to your room and you pass by homeless people sleeping in the hallway, thugs out on the corner of the steps, smoking joints, and you get in your room and there’s no extra security lock on the door and you pull back the covers to look at the bed and you see dead bugs. We literally took our handgun with us to go to the room looked at the room, put the key down and left the hotel. Absolutely do not risk your safety staying at this hotel. It is not worth it especially if you have children it is very unsafe.

    STOLE MY DOG!! They literally took my dog and refuse to give any information. Lies about cameras. When asked to leave a flyer they cussed me out and told me to bring cops. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! They are dognappers!!
