    I booked and paid through Expedia. Upon arrival, Anna “called” the wrong number 3 times to verify expedia paid them for my trip. She asked that I call Expedia. They tried to help but she kept providing the wrong hotel ID number. She was extremely rude to Expedia while they were trying to help us and raising her voice to the help desk while me and the full reception area of guests can hear her. She didn’t know her own hotel number and claims Expedia was hanging up on her, which was not true. She kept putting them on hold while she spoke on her cell phone. She needs major customer service training and a lesson on her hotel operations before she can run the show herself. Unbelievable.

    The beds sleep great. Water pressure in shower good. Air worked just fine. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Almost like being at home.

    Great staff. Clean. Basic amenities and eateries in walking distance. Continental breakfast could use some sausage or bacon.
