    My family and I are currently staying at Country Inn & Suites Tampa/Brandon, and our experience has been excellent so far. The staff has been friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment we arrived. Our room is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions. The property is clean, quiet, and family friendly, which is something we truly appreciate while traveling with children.We are very pleased with our stay and look forward to enjoying the rest of our time here.     Worst hotel in Tampa Fl

    This place is completely nasty. Bath tub is stained with stuff. Beds are so old and uncomfortable. It is an old hotel and the rooms have bugs and roach’s. Don’t let these pictures fool you. They must have been taken when it was originally built. The location is okay. Not worth the value. Tv guide is not correct. Extremely nasty!     This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property itself is very old and dated, which I could have overlooked if the stay had been clean and comfortable—but it was far from that.When I arrived, there was an old, used washcloth left in the bathtub from a previous guest. The fridge shelf was broken and just sitting inside instead of being repaired or replaced. There were no extra pillows, sheets, or blankets for the pull-out couch, and when I went to the front desk to request them, the staff member said he didn’t have any clean ones available.The biggest issue, however, was with the room key. It wouldn’t work in the door, and because there was no maintenance person on duty, I couldn’t even get into my room. I had to leave and hope it would be fixed by the time I returned. When I came back, they gave me a new key that worked once—and then stopped again. For the rest of my stay, I had to be escorted to my room every time I wanted to enter.Although they did give me $100 off the entire two-night stay, it didn’t make up for the overall inconvenience and poor condition of the hotel. Between the cleanliness issues, broken amenities, and lack of basic service, I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
