    This has to be the nastiest hotel and hotel room I've ever seen in my life. There was dried blood on a chair and curtain. The place had not been swept or cleaned in forever. Bedsheets had dried bugers and cigarette burn holes. Just rachet. I called Capital One travel and told them its an embarrassment to be associated with this hotel in any way.

    Normally I don’t mind staying at this property when I visit since it directly across from Busch Gardens. Unfortunately this time was horrible. My room was flooded in one corner where the AC had been leaking for hours or more. I notified the front desk and the only solution was 2 extra towels. I tried to tough it out but after about 2 hours of a soaking wet flooded floor I left.

    Carpet on floor, ac runs all the time, key needed to be redone, location is not a great area. It is the least expensive motel in the down town/ stadium area. the bed was comfortable the shower worked. I would not stay there again as there other places both to the south and north close by that are only slightly movpre expensive but much better over all.

    Avoid this place at all costs. The hall ways are never vacuumed ground in food just about Litters out side the room doors. Carpet needs replacing. Open spots where the carpet torn. The place is just trashy looking. Woke up to find there was no hot water anywhere in the motel. Asked for a discount or a refund and was basically laughed at. Their response was well you spent the night. Trash litters the parking lot broken perimeter wooded fences laying in the parking spaces. Rough looking people wander the parking lot late into the night. Several times cars passed by with loud music after midnight.do your self a favor drive past this place!
