    Property seriously needs a update.

    Building was old and in need of a remodel. Not very well maintained. It appeared that homeless people were staying in the grassy areas around the hotel and wandering through the parking area at all times of the day.     Although property management has a hands off approach to there property the desk manager Christopher has a excellent approach and work ethic in spite of what he has to work with.     Locked office and roaches

    Our flights has been canceled twice that day and it was getting late so booked here, since we found a flight the next day. Upon arrival, the office to check in was locked and had a sign to use the attached phone to contact them. No on picked up. Called the 1800 general number and told them the situation, they attempted to reach the manager on location, no success. Finally some other guests went out and found the lady. Once checked in, the room seemed dirty, no soap to wash your hands. Roaches crawling around in the room. We couldn’t sleep at all knowing how it was, we put on extra layers of clothing and laid on top of the covers waiting for sunrise. We should’ve slept at the airport floor. Not to even mention all the people outside of their room smoking and drinking, definitely seemed like prostitution was going on too.
