    Roaches!!! Found live roach in bed after sleeping. Another room and guest said the day before she found a live roach in her clothing. The hotel said they would deep clean the room while I was out and switch my room. They did clean, but did not change sheets,as requested because pillows were left on floor. 2 different rooms, hotel should be embarrassed. I've never had bugs in ANY hotel around world. On check in day staff was ill equipped to handle large volume of guests. She just kept saying we are sold out. They wait until housekeeping is done with EVERYROOM on floor before checking in guest. They need to check guest in as rooms are done cleaning. I was given a handicap room. I explained it needed to be reserved for handicap person. The receptionist when walked over and told the other employee " she doesn't want to shower in there" right in front of me. The point was, it needed to be for a person that truly needed that room. Unprofessional.

    6 stars for service! I stay here frequently and the staff is always incredibly helpful and accommodating. Great restaurant and bar on-site. Rooms are newly renovated. Can't beat the location - a short hop to either the airport and all the local shopping including the International Plaza and Midtown area. As an all-suites hotel, all the rooms come with a living room, so you get some space if not traveling solo. And always an incredible value to boot!

    Hotel Reservation Experience

    I made a mistake in my reservation while booking this hotel online. I noticed my error a few days later. Marriott reservations basically told me "sorry. too bad" even though I have been a Marriott member and Marriott credit card holder for 20 years. I called the hotel directly and the very courteous manager made things right. just for that I would recommend this hotel

    Fraudulent/ Scam Damage Charges

    My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary at this hotel, and a few days after checkout, we were charged $250 for damage to a chair that was already in that condition when we arrived. Coincidentally, there was similar damage on the floor in front of the sofa that matched the damage on the chair. The damage appeared to be scribbles made by a child with a brown marker or pen. The hotel's response to this charge has been dismissive. Definitely will not be staying here ever again!

    Great hotel but needs maintenance in the room

    The hotel is very clean & beautiful. The staff at the desk are very nice & helpful. My only issue was our room. It was a nice room but the AC did not work (rm 826) I believe the AC did not work due to the window being broken. There’s a sliding door that opens to a tiny balcony or it used to anyways. It’s been screwed shut but has about a 2-3 inch gap that remains open. Therefore it’s so humid & damp in that room that I’m now fighting a bad cold from it. This also made it very difficult to sleep. It was very loud with the highway noises due to the window not closing. We went to dinner & returned to the hotel kind of late so it was rather late to try & complain about it. Other than that the only other issue was we booked this hotel for the indoor pool thinking we could enjoy it still with cooler temps. Except that pool was like ice. It was far too cold & may as well of been outside. Honestly we weren’t there very long anyways so probably wouldn’t have had time to truly enjoy it I just wanted to mention this in case someone else had the same idea. Overall the hotel & staff are great. They just need to fix that door / window in the room. Parking fee is $15 which is comparable to local fees. They did not comp the fee for elite loyalty members but it wasn’t an issue for me. We did not ask for upgraded WiFi so I’m not sure if that’s an included amenity for elite members or not. We would stay here again I’d just check the AC & windows when we check in to insure it’s all good prior to going out for the evening. Thank you.
