    First of all I have stayed at MANY Hampton Inn & Suites throughout the years in and out of state… but this was my absolute worst stay!

    This hotel is in a great location.I stayed there with a severely disabled person. When we checked in they did not give us a disabled room which made it very difficult. The wheelchair had no space to move and bathroom were not disabled friendly. Next day I went to front desk and Harold waited on me.Harold was amazing! He was super kind and understanding and took care in a couple of hours of getting us a new room. He placed us in a fully disabled room which allowed my partner to be able to sleep and do what they needed to do.Harold’s service to us made our stay much, much nicer!Breakfast is good. Typical continental but everything was nice, clean and hot!

    I, a disabled person, attended a meeting here. There are only two handicap parking spots in front. The other front spots are for DIAMOND club members. The public restroom door opens in and it's somewhat heavy. The door pulls in with your right hand to get out. It leaves you stuck in the corner if you can't step backwards to open it enough to get out. Got trapped 3 times inside the restroom. The conference room chairs have no armrests. Good luck leaning forward to get up so as to not tip the chair over and face plant.

    Very modern clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Heated pool. Good breakfast, attendant was friendly and kept food filled. Nice size hotel room. Quiet hotel. Walking distance to several restaurants and a gas station that has several food items and drinks choices. Located right outside the gates of Camden Visconti luxury apartments. Definitely a place you want to stay if your visiting someone there. Will be back!
