    I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was sufficient, but not excellent. However, whatever they have done in the 12-18 months has moved this hotel from okay to AMAZING! From the decor in the lobby and meal area (festive and holiday-specific for Easter) to the room preparations with notes, extra surprises if you are a Diamond member, and the cute arrangement of towels in the bathroom, this was a step above your standard Hampton Inn. The staff both on check-in and check-out were friendly and personable, and the lady working the breakfast area was also upbeat and seemed to enjoy her job. The rooms are spacious and include decor specific to the Florida atmosphere which is nice, and there are working fridges in the rooms. Overall, I would have thought they had done a refresh but when I asked at check-out I was told that no refresh had been done. Whatever they are doing, they need to keep doing it! I will definitely stay here again as it was a very pleasant experience and they rose the bar for Hampton Inns elsewhere.

    This was a wonderful hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well organized with comfortable beds. Happy hour food was a treat and breakfast had everything you could want. Would definitely stay here again.

    My original room smelled strongly of smoke, so I went to the front desk and Kevin could not have been nicer. He moved me to a new room quickly and made sure I was completely happy with it.The next morning, I met Maxine at the front desk, and she is truly a star at this property. She was warm, professional, and went far beyond what was expected to make sure I was comfortable. She anticipated my needs, helped me with my business work while I was in the lobby, and made the entire experience better. Employees like Maxine are the reason guests return.     I just stayed at the Hampton Inn Odessa Trinity and had a fantastic experience! The hotel is super clean and modern, with comfy beds, quiet rooms, and great amenities like the outdoor pool and fitness center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the free hot breakfast had plenty of tasty options to start the day right. Location-wise, it's perfect—right off SR-54 with tons of restaurants and shops nearby. A big highlight for me was being close to the monthly Trinity Farmers Market on the first Saturday (just a short drive away at 1540 Little Road). It's one of the biggest in the area with over eighty vendors selling fresh produce, plants, specialty foods, and crafts—such a fun weekend vibe! Highly recommend this Hampton Inn for anyone visiting the Trinity/Odessa area. I'll definitely be back!
