    Needs major renovation

    We reserved 3 rooms for our family members. All rooms had the same issue. They smelled very musty and all shower handles were extremely difficult to turn on. My 76-year-old mom could not even turn hers at all so couldn't shower. When I discussed it with the front desk the girl said they are all that way on purpose, so they do not drip. Baseboards missing all down the hallways. Nasty tubs and carpet in rooms. Place needs a big renovation, and this is not a good representation of a Hilton property.     Frustrating Check-In Experience After a Long Drive

    We arrived after a long drive expecting a quick check-in so we could rest, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing.The front desk told us the power had gone out earlier and there was no internet, so we were asked to wait. While we understand unexpected issues happen, there was no clear communication. After waiting for quite some time, we went back to ask for an update. The response was very casual, saying others were waiting too and some had gone out and would return later. I explained that I was traveling with my two young children and we had already had a long day.After more than an hour, when we asked again the staff member said if we had the Hilton app and said she could check us in through it—something that could have been suggested when we first arrived. Better communication and a more helpful attitude would have made a big difference.

    Dated rooms, dirty carpet in hallways, trim and paint beat up. Only one outlet behind the night stand. Had to move furniture to plug in phone and mobile device. No USB charger of any kind. Totally overpriced for $213 per night before taxes.

    The location seems to be a safe area. There isn't much nearby in terms of restaurants, etc. The front desk staff was friendly. The bartender was not.I was in a king room on the 6th floor that hasn't been updated in decades. The hallway carpet was old and stained.There were no USB compatible plugs in the room. The furniture was all chipped and dinged. One table had nail polish on it.The walls had holes all over the place and the paint was in poor repair.In the bathroom, there were plenty of towels and the shower had glass doors, which was a nice touch. The vanity was damaged as far as paint and dings. The shower tile was discolored, which might have been mildew. I had to go inside the shower doors to turn the water on (installed incorrectly), thus getting wet while still wearing my PJs The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. In retrospect, I should have asked for another room but I was a tired traveler, already in my PJs when I made some of these discoveries. I don't think I would have seen better conditions in another room.

    3-Star Lie: This Is Just a Rundown Motel with a Pool

    I’m not the type to leave reviews, but this so-called "3-star hotel" was so shockingly bad that I had to warn others. Let’s be clear: this is not a hotel. It’s a run-down motel with a pool.Everything about this place is old—not vintage, not retro, just neglected. Furniture? Stained, grimy, and straight out of a thrift store’s reject pile. The bathroom fan was broken, and every "fix" looked like a half-hearted attempt to slap duct tape on a sinking ship. The closet reeked of mold—I wouldn’t store a grocery bag in there, let alone clothesWho designed this room? The bathroom is huge for no reason, while the sink area is so small that water splashes everywhere—because, of course, the faucet doesn’t even fit properly. Housekeeping must have been blind: the nightstand was sticky with old spills, and the whole place had a grimy, unloved feel.I couldn’t take it. I left two nights early and ate the cost because no refunds for escaping a nightmare, apparently. If you’re considering staying here, do yourself a favor—book literally anywhere else.
