Love the Hilton Brand but this property does not meet the Hilton standards. It is completely outdated and smells like an old hotel. Additionally, I found the management team to be rude and unprofessional when we had to discuss an issue. Would certainly stay at another Hilton again.....just not this one. Ronnie is a great bartender

Ronnie is a fantastic bartender! While I was at the Tampa Downtown Hilton for a week every night he greeted me and other guests with a smile! He remembered what I liked to drink and when I was checking out. 5 star service! Stayed for a few days so i could move in my daughter to university of tampa. Rooms were nothing special. Their restaurant che vita was alright, good food, respectable staff. Valet staff was very helpful and kind, rex and danny helped us with our bags and gave us the recommendation of Hattricks for dinner which turned out to be a fun spot.
