    We went to Tampa for the Hank Williams Jr. concert and decided to stay close to Busch Gardens and visit the following day. I have to admit, we were a little skeptical when we first arrived because the hotel looked small and was located right next to Busch Gardens. However, we were pleasantly surprised! The customer service was outstanding, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was amazing, the property was immaculate, and the overall experience was fantastic.     I was staying in a suite with 2 bedrooms. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the toilet not working properly, the staff gave us access to the adjoining room to use. We couldn’t move rooms with the quantity of guests to bed ratio. This was more than adequate to meet all our needs. Also the shuttle driver, Rick, is amazing. He was extremely helpful with some supplies and ordering delivery at local food establishments. All staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
