    Touch points in room were dirty. Bathroom smelled like urine. Noise in wall kept me up all night. Public areas didn’t seem very clean. Been in many HIE and this one is not managed well, won’t be back.     Great stay close to Tampa

    Stayed in November 2025 as a one-night stop over in the Tampa area. The hotel is very conveniently located nearby major routes through the area. The room was large and had everything we needed with plenty of food options nearby. The pool area was well maintained and the hot tub a good temperature. Breakfast great quality and well stocked. Loses a mark only for the very impersonal service received at check-in which didn’t acknowledge IHG status or inform us of various things including breakfast time, room location etc. but this is a minor gripe.

    The overall stay was pleasant. I only saw one employee the whole time I was there but I was not at the hotel much. The room was clean and laid out well. My bathroom was in need up maintenance, there were tiles pulled off the wall on the floor near the shower and missing grout in the tiles. The gym is small but you can get a workout in.

    This place went down hill since opening. Stayed here first couple years, was great.Years ago was clean and plenty of food choice for breakfast. Last couple years the housekeeping was terrible. When we arrived, toilet seat was hanging off the toilet, my husband had to fix. Every morning, 7 a.m. till 10 a.m. not much food available. Ran out of coffee too. Many guests complaining. I spoke with assistant manager Henry, he just laughed, was not concerned. Elevator was out for 2 days, was told a handicap person on second or third floor would have to leave via ambulance. Other quests complaining, assistant manager Henry continued to just laugh at guests as they complained. Management showed no concern for quests at all.     Beautiful Views

    Beautiful Location. First time staying here and our room was overlooking a gorgeous lake. The room was large and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. There was plenty of room to spread out with 2 computers. The bathroom was clean and had the newer large bottles of shampoo, rinse and shower gel. The breakfast on 2 of the mornings was scrambled eggs which is a nice change from the omlettes that are usually provided. They also had waffles, cereal, danish and fruit. A variety of juices and some very good coffee.Given the view we had each night with sunset over the lake I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was also budget friendly for being in a corporate setting.
