    I will never return here. After 5 yrs of staying frequently as a soldier at the base, We had a bomb situation due to the Iran war and I asked to postpone 1 day and tyey refused and still wanted to charge me. I found their conduct to be disgraceful and will notify the Base and my Troops to avoid this place as they clearly do not care about Loyal Customers or Those Who Serve. Shame on them. We arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. after a long trip and just wanted to get to a clean and pleasant place to rest. We checked in and everything seemed fine until we went to the room. When we walked in, the beds were unmade and I thought, “Hmm, something isn’t right.” Then I went to use the bathroom and, to my surprise, there were towels thrown on the floor and the bathroom was full of feces 💩.That’s when we went back to the front desk and explained what had happened. The employee told us he was sorry, but that they were already sold out and couldn’t give us another room.
