The rooms are dirty, toilets are not secure to the floor, there is also black mold growing in the ceiling. This is not a nice place.

the service was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The housekeeping staff consistently arrived late in the evening, between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM, right when my children and I were trying to sleep. Instead of actually cleaning, they only offered to exchange towels.I asked the front desk and the manager multiple times to have our room cleaned before we returned at 6:00 PM, but our concerns were ignored. The in-room phone was broken, giving us no way to communicate with the staff.On our last day, housekeeping showed up at 6:30 PM. We left the room to give them space to clean, and the staff actually laughed at my request. When we returned, the room was not cleaned at all. We were forced to sleep with 6 days' worth of trash piled up in the room. Management was made aware but took zero action to fix the phone or resolve the sanitary issues. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else where management cares about their guests.

The people and service is awesome so I feel bad about this review, but the hotel needs a complete remodel. You could smell the air freshener before you walk in the door. Every area of the hotel has a different smell.

Location was EXCELLENT! Atmosphere was great, I felt very safe. The hotel was nice and quiet. No loud noises from other guests or slamming of doors. No people hanging out. The room was nice and clean and also had tile floors ( major plus for those with allergies). Breakfast was basic. But good enough for grab and go. I would stay here again. The hotel seems to be remodeling because the rooms are remodeled and are Great! but the hallway carpets needs to be removed for they are very old looking and stained. But I also understand into to remove the hallways carpets other arrangements would have to be made for the guests getting to their rooms, so hopefully that's the case. Overall GREAT STAY for the value.
