    I checked in for a night with my choice hotel points, I asked if I could add a second day at the desk. They hotel staff was nice and helped me at check in. However the next day they had a new front desk person working, some Indian guy, he was extremely rude and told me I had to pay. I explained to him that I was using my hotel points and he was snappy and told me to call choice hotel and deal with them. I also caught him lying to me a few times when I questioned him about a few things that didn’t make sense. That’s when he blew me off telling me to basically get lost. I won’t be going back even though Debby is a total sweetheart. She rocks customer service but the Indian guy is extremely unprofessional.

    A Real Gem in a Perfect Central Location in Citrus County

    As we moved into the area and since, we have needed a hotel either for ourselves or for family coming down to visit (which was just very recently - late January 2026). In each case, we were treated extremely well. The manager remembers me now and makes sure either myself or my guests are well taken care of - and for an excellent price and value. Having 24-hr. coffee and juice and always a tasty breakfast helps. The rooms are very up-to-date and the beds are comfortable. My only nit is their snack nook which is the only way to get a soda or snack late at night. They cannot (or will not) bill it to the room, and it is cash only, which fewer and fewer of us carry. But otherwise, it is well suited and well located for any needs.

    Good affordable Inn at nice location. Breakfast served each morning is nothing fancy but very nice. The Manager Debbie was very helpful making my group welcome and taken care of. Rooms were clean and modern. Check in and out was efficient. Good Job!

    Nightmare at Quality inn

    It was late and we had been working all day and night. Our muscles ached and our bodies were covered in rancid sweat and filth. Room 115 greeted us with a musty, humid belch as we opened the door. I set down my hastily packed bag and headed for the shower with purpose. No!!! I exclaimed as torrents of cold water poured from the shower head filling the clogged tub. Minutes passed as I maneuvered the shower handle back and forth in a vain attempt to fjnd warm water but the cold water would not abate. I informed the others, laid down and went unconscious. The following day we pleaded with inn keeper to deliver us from our misery but were directed to return to our quarters and prepare for a third night without showering.
