Good value

The room was very clean and the hostess very pleasant and helpful. The maids were going off shift and were pretty loud, so we asked to switch rooms. The desk clerk readily accepted our request and recommended the fourth floor so we would not hear any upstairs noise. Breakfast was ok. At the price i paid for the room, I was very satisfied, held back the 5th star due to initial noise level in downstairs room Guest Relations Manager, Owner at Sleep Inn Near Busch Gardens/usf, responded to this review Dear ronaldsH8039EI,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Good value for the money
21 Dec 2025
We were visiting a patient at the VA hospital, so the location was ideal. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the employees were very nice. The parking was ample, the area was quiet, and the wifi was easy to connect to.The only negatives were minor. The fan in our bathroom sounded like a 747 was landing. The breakfast had very little variety…not even a toaster. What they had was edible. The breakfast lady was annoyed when we asked if there were any more muffins. Anyway, we still would stay there again. Guest Relations Manager, Owner at Sleep Inn Near Busch Gardens/usf, responded to this review Dear susanbL5521SF,Thank you for your feedback and for noting the positives of your stay, including the clean environment and helpful staff. We appreciate your comments regarding the bathroom fan and breakfast variety, and we will share this information with our team for consideration. Awesome, better than expected

Staff was very helpful and answered any questions wonderfully. The smell once I walked in was actually really pleasing and the whole place was nice and clean, including the room. Wonderful for its price as well (keep in mind, there is a $100 security deposit.) The bed was super comfortable and the shower gets nice and hot. Nice little amenities and the breakfast was awesome. They provided waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruits, biscuits and jelly, muffins, and more. My partner and I are also 19 and 20 years old so it was great to find a nice and affordable hotel that allowed those under 21 to check in! We came from Miami but we’d definitely come back to this hotel if we traveled to Tampa again! Check in was quick and easy too :) Guest Relations Manager, General Manager at Sleep Inn Near Busch Gardens/usf, responded to this review Dear Passport54368097977,Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay at our hotel.
