  Vanessa was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable during my checkin. Katrina was very helpful walking me through WiFi connection. Alfredo was very helpful sharing me places to go around the area. Housekeeping did awesome job in my unit during and after my stay. I am used to do laundry in my room from other RCI stays. I gave overall rating of 4/5 because I'm not comfortable sharing laundry unit outside my room.

  The room is very nice. Has a lot of space. Located in a good area of town. Good accommodations. Water pressure is not very strong.

  The best place in Taos!

  I’ve stayed here more times than I can remember; best place in Taos! Central location, safe parking, lovely patios to enjoy the fresh air, clean rooms with nice size kitchen area for breakfast in the room. Great front desk service and assistance. Super safe for traveling alone with interior doors. I’ve only tried the small suites with Murphy bed but plenty of room for two. Best yet? A fireplace! You won’t regret staying here!

  Staff was excellent and provided excellent service. Entrance doors were somewhat difficult to use when first arriving as both needed to be open for cart with baggage. Room was small but adequate with the bed upright as were the appliances.   No Wi-Fi for Guests????

  The lack of complimentary WIFI was extremely disappointing. Even the cheapest motels have free WIFI. This resort charges an additional $10/day or $50/10days for internet access.
