    Cannot believe this is a holiday inn. Never ever have i had this kind of horrible experience at a Holiday Inn! Mold in our room, couldnt open shower doors, air made a horrible noise, stains on the chaise. Absolutely horrible breakfast, not even a cinnamon roll out. Front desk was friendly but vaping right there behind front desk.

    This is by far one of the worst Holiday Inn’s I’ve stayed it’s hot in the lobby it smells awful the type of smell that lingers at a dumpster on 110 degree day , I could not even get a bite to eat at breakfast due to the smell hint if the Manager lowered the temperature instead of having a hot box lobby it would smell less never stay here again in my life just being honest .     Mildew Inn Awful smell

    Our rooms smelled of mildew. This used to be our go-to hotel before cruises. Now we are looking for other options. SMH! We have another non refundable reservation in 3 weeks. Im going to call and see if they can move me to another hotel because of the mildew smell. I am so disappointed in IHG. I have recommended countless people to this location.     Hotel is nice enough. Check in was fine. Our room smelled awful and the shower didn’t work very well.

    We booked a room with two king beds and got the handicapped room with two queen beds. Room smelled awful like heavy use of pine sol. The shower head was not secure and water pressure was weak. Other than that hotel was clean new and check in was fine.     Pier and Treasure were the best cooks we have had in a hotel buffet breakfast. They kept the area clean and the food was cooked very well. They both were friendly and greeted us and other guests each morning. They constantly asked if we needed anything else like coffee, creamer,muffins, etc. The front desk manager was very nice and accommodating. We had an issue with the pull out bed sheets and the TV and they were both corrected within minutes. We will most definitely return to this location.
