    My name is Michael White. I recently stayed at the Omni on June 10th and 11th while attending a trade show. During my visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with several outstanding employees who greatly enhanced my stay. I would like to specifically recognize the following team members: Xavier, Braylon, Alaska, Bailey, Carter, Tex, Anthony, Alex, Tristan, and Abram.Each of these gentlemen is an excellent example of outstanding customer service. They were consistently courteous, friendly, helpful, respectful, and highly professional. Because of them—and other staff members I wasn’t able to identify—I will definitely return and enthusiastically share my positive experience. Thank you!

    The Hidden Star

    The Omni Star has a beautiful view of Frisco and the surrounding area. The valet is excellent along with all the staff within the building. It's located for a beautiful walk along varieties of entertainment, restaurants, bars and the Dallas Cowboys facilities. The rooms are excellent all the way from spa tub to inside amenities and room services. We were for the PGA golf tournament in Mckinney and the location was wonderful and peaceful. The restaurant downstairs is so delicious from food to cocktails. The staff is so personal and very friendly. We will return for another awesome weekend at the Star!

    Omni Frisco PGA - Memorial day weekend stay!

    We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. Everything about our stay was excellent! From the check-in process to our rooms, and all the very friendly staff. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Mary at the concierge's desk! I left a newly purchased, pricey jacket around the outside seating area late one evening. Mary went out of her way to help me find my jacket! It took a couple of days, but she never gave up! We will definitely be returning!
