  Older Property, Safe and Comfortable Stay

  This is an older property with outside room entrances. That should be said at the outset so potential guests know what to expect. That's not bad, it's just different from the majority of LaQuintas where I've stayed. There were some very good points to mention about this property. It's well located on East Broadway and easy to get to. There is a wide variety of food offerings within easy travel distance. I travel with dogs and the staff was kind enough to locate us inside the hotel's square, and on the ground floor, so we were only 20 feet from the dogs' relief area. The surrounding business area was attractive and safe, and the hotel grounds were well lighted all night. There was traffic on E Broadway, but we couldn't hear it from our room location.

  I cannot tell you how uncomfortable this stay was for me. I entered a room that had hair all over the place, a dirty toilet, filthy surfaces, and was severely outdated. I ended up buying my own blanket, pillow cases, and slippers because I was too grossed out to use the ones provided, or touch the floors. I am an avid traveler and this was the worst stay I have ever experienced. I will not be recommending this hotel, instead I will be recommending it be removed from our company list. Please, do better. A hotel should be a place a comfort away from home, not what I experienced.

  Perfect stay in East Tuscon AZ/from Fairacres New Mexico

  Room was perfect, hot water, front desk perfect, breakfast excellent, loved we where in the backside of place no noise, east Tuscon AZ loved the shopping stores around, Kane next door, meet up with 40 years friends, it was business, the rock show, and pleasure loved two Zoo around us, ABOUT 10 minutes from old Tuscon AZ, daughter found an IN/OUT BURGER PERFECT PERFECT, SO GLAD I BOOKED WITH LA QUINTA EAST WILL DO IT AGAIN, FROM FAIRACRES NEW MEXICO..THANK YOU FOR PERFECTION 10/10!!!GOING TO BOOK FOR NEXT YEAR, LOVED THE POOL/Hot Tub perfect perfect

  Hotel is Really Run Down - Poor Value for the Price

  Place is run down. Clearly owners are not spending any money to fix it up. Room didn't get cleaned because first thing in the morning, if you have a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your door, the maid gets to exclude your room from cleaning. No one tells you this. When we left at 10am and came back at 5pm, the room had not been cleaned. Pool was freezing. Needed to be skimmed and cleaned. Hot tub was extremely hot. Breakfast was pretty bad. Powdered eggs, gray colored sausage patties one day and small pieces of uncooked bacon the next. Only oranges and apples for fruit and tiny yogurt. We asked for the second floor and a quiet room and got tricked into one of the only rooms with no small balcony to sit on. The room had no windows. Only had a sliding glass door that looks onto a stairway. If you open the curtain, people can see completely into your room. The room really needs updating but did have the basics. The bed was comfy but the shower water temp alternated between hot and cold the entire shower. The TV volume is fine then all of a sudden very loud. You can log onto your own Netflix account if you have one. They have Satelite. We paid more online then what they were quoting walk-ins.
