Worst experience ever. Don't ever stay at this motel. There's a bunch of homeless people hanging out around the motel, even coming into the front lobby. The environment does not feel safe. The front staff is incompetent, charged me as a walk in despite already have a pre paid reservation and refusing to refund the double charge. The room itself was dirty and poorly managed, stains on the bedding and shower curtain, hair still in the sheets. The online pictures falsely represent the room. I would pay double or triple the price to stay somewhere else. Definitely do not recommend to anyone.

Close to University, great photographer who took these pictures

Like many others, we booked this hotel because of its proximity to the university during Family Weekend—everything else nearby was fully booked so we chose this one because of the great pictures. First off, kudos to the photographer—whoever took the marketing photos knows what they’re doing. They are real. The rooms are renovated, and the pool does exist… although it’s quite small and not very inviting in person.Unfortunately, what the pictures don’t show is the mold in the bathroom and the general atmosphere around the property. There appeared to be several long-term residents, and the parking lot often felt more like a shared living space than a secure area for guests. People were loitering around all hours of the day and night, and some were clearly under the influence of substances, making it very uncomfortable to walk through the area.Noise was also a major issue. A man on a motorcycle thought it was fine to fire it up at 6 AM while loudly chatting with neighbors. Kids were running around in the middle of the night with no adult supervision. This is not the restful environment we were hoping for.In the morning, I decided to walk a few blocks to Starbucks and immediately regretted not driving. Nearly every corner had homeless individuals either waking up for the day or still sleeping, and I didn’t feel safe at all. Despite being close to campus, this is not a walk I’d recommend, especially not for young women traveling alone.Bottom line: while the pictures sell a certain image, the reality was very different. If you’re coming for a campus visit or Family Weekend, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere—even if it means staying farther away and driving in.

Short stay felt safe and clean I would go back

Nice staff and clean room with a nice big tv. The ac was leaking but that was outside. They matched the rate from Priceline. And after a 16 hr drive my boyfriend and I were happy they had availability for early check in. Checkin was hassle free and check out was easy

Violates Ada and discriminates against those with disabilities accompanied by emotional support companions

This location per the Ada violated my rights and telling me I could not have my emotional support animal in the pool area. I kindly asked the woman to look up the law and understand that I don't have to explain anything for HIPAA laws about the circumstance and that she needed to call her management. I recorded her, per my rights in arizona. Only one party has to consent. I consented to the recording. And she further violated my rights by calling the police and revoking my stay. I then spoke with a manager who was highly escalated in this situation and unaccommodating. He had no customer service skills to try to deescalate the situation at amically resolve it.
