  I know you don’t clean between appliances, but this may need addressed. At least not to attract insects. Also, I found a prior guest’s toothpick on the floor. So gross. I vacuumed immediately. No, I did not notify the staff, for the following reason:We are vacationing at Worldmark Rancho Vistoso in Oro Valley, AZ. They do allow service dogs only. The form that was provided by the office upon check in had a sentence stating: The resort shares designated places for service animals to relieve themselves. I asked a gentleman in the office today and he said they did not have any such area. I had our service dog (without her vest as I’m not her handler) in an area today to relieve herself. I was approached by a rude and verbally aggressive male employee who stated I could not go in that area. Our dog got very excited, as she usually does when she is not working. She’s playful without her vest. He was very verbally aggressive and yelled in my face, stating he could tell she definitely was not a service animal because I could not control her, but he would allow her to stay. He argued with me until I left the area. He did not identify himself as a certified trainer or certified service dog evaluator. I left and got her ID card, as well as the card stating there were designated areas for service dogs. Our dog was just recertified in May. I told the gentleman (I did not get his name, but he worked in the main office lobby and was older/bald) that she did not have her vest on. He laughed in my face and refused to even look at her ID card. He said it meant nothing to him. He threw a card in my face (the exact same card, in another color, stating there were designated areas for dogs to relieve themselves), insisting that I read it in full. He also insisted that she was an emotional support animal and she almost pulled me down. He said service dogs don’t act like that and he wanted to follow me to get her vest. I refused to allow him to follow me. He also stated that there were no designated areas for service dogs.I did notify K9s for Warriors, as that is the organization that trained and certified her. I’m not sure if they will charge us for having a dog on the premises or if we will be asked to leave. I sure hope all guests are not treated like this and we are not charged for a service dog that was trying to be friendly.

  HomeyVery clean except for carpet Felt homey had everything I neededI loved the close hot tub, except it needed to be cleanedNice walk around the property I loved our balcony. Very nice staff, the cleaning lady especially Beautiful pool. Thank you for a great experience!

  The facility is very clean, units are well equipped, and staff is very friendly and helpful. I would go back.

  One of the best experiences at a timeshare. We had a beautiful room, great view, everything was clean and perfect & well stocked. Gracious check-in experience. We felt very well cared for in every way. Location was great near walking trails and easy to get to many good restaurants.
