    The hotel was nice and clean and quiet. Bathroom shower was perfect after a long day at a conference. Also, very close to convention center. Loved being able to walk out door and grab an Uber. La Destiny was great at helping check out bags so we didn’t have to deal with the convention baggage chaos. Thank you!     Worst customer service

    As a Platinum Elite member with Marriott International, I’ve had the opportunity to stay at many of their properties around the world. Unfortunately, the level of customer service at this hotel has been among the most disappointing I’ve experienced. I am currently in town for a conference and have had to repeatedly request that water be replenished in my room each evening. Despite these requests, the issue has persisted. This evening, upon returning to my room and again finding no water, I approached the front desk for assistance. I was informed by a staff member, Brian, that no bottled water was available and that I would need to use the lobby dispenser and carry cups back to my room.In my experience as a Platinum Elite member, this falls short of the standard level of service typically extended to loyal guests, where even a simple courtesy such as bottled water is usually accommodated.While the hotel’s location near the convention center is convenient, the service experience would prevent me from staying here again. In the future, I would opt for nearby alternatives such as the The Westin, another Marriott property, or the Marriott which is connected to the convention center both of which I have found to offer a more consistent and guest-focused experience. Although the Marriott and The Westin may be slightly more expensive, the level of customer service they provide is well worth the difference.     We have stayed at this AC Marriott many times and it never disappoints. Great location. Helpful staff. We have also had Titi as our breakfast waitress many times. She remembers our family. Is always cheerful and friendly. And always makes sure our stay feels special. She is the best!     Beyond excellent service. Perfect location for the Walter E Washington. conference center. The property and room were beautiful, clean and they had every amenity needed for my stay for business. As a new mom on my first business trip since baby, Danielle and Andrew went above and beyond making sure I could pump and store all the things I needed. The best service I've encountered in a long time and l am a frequent Marriott flyer!
