    We had a great stay and the front desk team really made a difference. Nejat and Nathan were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional from check-in to check-out.     Hotel has numerous positives: Knowledgeable and friendly front desk team.     Exceptional Stay Thanks to Ciara’s Amazing Care!

    I stayed at the AC for a work trip and was genuinely impressed. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and perfect for resting after long days. The lobby is modern, cozy, and a great place to unwind — the whole space has a really welcoming feel.But the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service and care from the staff, especially Ciara. She went above and beyond to help me with a reservation issue, and when I became sick during my stay, she checked in on me, helped me extend my room with ease, and even brought me medicine and water. Her kindness truly made all the difference.Overall, a wonderful experience. Comfortable rooms, a beautiful lobby, and genuinely caring staff. Highly recommend.     Too many issues

    I liked the location, price point and gym. I had a drink in the bar and one tapas dish, which was fine. Housekeeping missed one day even though I specifically asked twice. Finally, they called around 9 pm and I told them not to bother. Then the dnd notice was ignored, and they opened the door. On the day I was leaving, housekeeping knocked on the door again with the dnd notice and started to open the door while I was in the bathroom. Not acceptable. On departure, the two staff at the door ignored me and my two cases. Then, while waiting for an Uber, one came up to me and said in 3 different ways that he should take me to the airport and would be cheaper. Unprofessional.I also reduced the star rating from 3 to 2 because of the tiny plastic water bottles and the plastic cups wrapped in plastic in the gym and by the water cooler.
