    Worst stay ever. Night mgr very rude and unprofessional. He charged someone else's room to my account, told my adult nephews they couldn't be in the hall looking out the window at a fight in the parking lot steming the nightclub nextdoor. He was talking to them as if they were children. I booked 2 rooms for my family and one of them had my credit card with her name on it, but that mgr called the police. Police said he was totally wrong and wasted their time.     Needed some updating. I would have liked to know in advance that housekeeping was done every other day. Complimentary breakfast was ok.     Belligerent Treatment by Manager

    I had a horrible experience at this property. When I tried to add an extra day to my stay, the manager became loud and belligerent because his staff failed to run my credit card for incidentals the day before. I had provided both my driver’s license and my card at check-in, so the mistake was entirely on their end. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the manager was rude, dismissive, and refused to work toward a fair resolution.As a Preferred Member with both Booking.com and Comfort Inn, I expected at least basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this property failed on both. I reported the issue to Booking.com and Comfort Inn Customer Relations, and both agreed this needed to be escalated. Booking.com refunded me in full and even covered the cost of another hotel for the inconvenience.Guests should be aware of how poorly this location handles problems and how unprofessionally management treats customers. I cannot recommend staying here. Having double checked, all our incidental policy is clearly stated there for guest. This information was requested in alignment with that posted policy.     I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. We needed somewhere to go in the middle of the night our flight landed late the not only got us in a room at 3am but they were so kind. Nicholas at the front desk was amazing. And the hot breakfast was delicious too.
