    Good location but poor quality

    The hotel deserves two stars for convenient location near the airport and clean rooms with lots of electrical outlets. It gets three strikes however, for having a non- functional fitness room (broken equipment and no weights or mats), the TV in our room did not work and both the sink and shower drains were clogged. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere unless you don’t need a fitness room, TV or plan to use the shower or faucet.

    We left our car here on a recent trip and stayed the night on our return. It was on the high end of the park and fly packages. Was expecting something better. The staff were friendly and we had no problems with the shuttle service. The driver was friendly, prompt and helpful. Since we had quite a bit of luggage we were upgraded to a larger room on the ground floor. It seems the property had been partially renovated. The grounds were littered and overgrown with weeds. The bedroom and bedding were clean and spacious but the bathroom had problems. It had mold and a lack of caulk. The tub was leaking and the shower did not drain properly. The water did not stay in the shower position while we were washing. Breakfast was mediocre but the attendant friendly. Both when we left and upon our return the public rest rooms had no soap and upon return no paper towels.

    There was no hot water in the shower or at the sink. Barely warm. The fridge and microwave are in a weird cabinet. And the fridge was not very cold. The walls of the shower were slimy. I don't think they get "cleaned" very often! Same with the floor. They probably ONLY get vacuumed, not mopped. Our bathroom floor looked like is wasn't mopped or vacuumed. On a positive note, the beds are very comfortable. And we loved the nightlight feature in the bathroom.We also loved the later breakfast time!!!

    The web site notes airport shuttle but what it doesn't state that it starts at 8am. If you have an early flight you are on your own. The rooms are ok but the showers are a bit sorry with mold starting and caulk peeling. Not much around if you are walking.

    Whenever I do security work in the area, this place is like my little peaceful gateway, the staff are amazing, check in is always quick, always enough parking and I have to mention again, It's "peaceful" , can't stress that enough lol it's a good feeling, will highly recommend
