    Worst Experience Yet

    I travel weekly for work and this is the worst experience I have had. Upon arrival the front desk knew nothing about the reservations. When I called the billing department stated they needed my passport uploaded to some website. I am a US citizen traveling within the states so I do not regularly carry my passport. When I told them I only have a US driver's license with me, I was told I needed to upload a picture of my drivers license and credit card and they would run it through their approval committee. All this while I am standing in the lobby at 5pm after working all day. When I told him I did not have access to a computer to upload all this he stated it is their policy. I asked to cancel the reservation so that I may easily go get checked in elsewhere and they refuse to waive my first night's stay even though I was physically unable to check in. I will be seeking legal representation. This review is intended to save someone the hassle of being stranded at 5pm like I was considering none of these requirements are displayed anywhere on the booking information.

    This was the absolute worst experience with Global Luxury Suites

    Global Luxury Suites did NOT clean the apartment before we arrived, the bed was unmade as if someone had just left, nothing was cleaned (and this was during covid). The parking pass was not left for us as had been arranged. It took two hours to straighten the issue out and they still did not do a good job and they argued about it. When I tried to get a discount because of our terrible experience they provided $20. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. Rude people too.

    5 people stayed here for 5 nights.Clean and comfortable.Washer and dryer in unit which is was very helpful/ We only had 5 sets of towels so we had to do laundry every day. The beds were comfortable. Nice to have a full kitchen. The shower curtain in the master bedroom was moldy or stained. This needs to be replaced. Check in was good. We received a tour of the building and he explained everything to us, including places to eat in the area and grocery stores close by: coffee, hot cocoa and tea available in the lobby all the time. Nice touch . We would recommend to family and friends.     The apartment was very nice, as well the whole building facilities such as the pool, the gim, and the lovely roof. Very good for a family vacation. There is some walk to the metro station, but it's not very far. Very convenient for going to NIH.
