    2 night stay to work the Bruce Springsteen show at Nationals Park. EXCELLENT STAY!

    I stayed at this hotel on May 26 & 27 while I worked at the Bruce Springsteen concert. I really enjoyed my accommodations and special thanks to Andrew. Excellent customer service.

    We had the pleasure of staying here after scrambling to try to get home during the recent winter storm. Although an unplanned stay, we were truly pleased with our visit to DC and the hotel. Many kind people in Washington and two of the workers at the hotel stood out as so very memorable and helpful. Thanks to Bobby, the manager, for everything he did to make our stay wonderful. Thanks to Christian for patiently dealing with us and assisting when issues arose and plans had to be modified. All of the employees were friendly and managed whatever questions/requests we had easily. The buffet breakfast was quite good. We were happy to have on-site laundry facilities available as well.

    Travels to Fort Lee to attend son’s Military Graduation on January 28,2026. Planes to stay here following graduation before we flew out the next day. Snow storm hits and the base is closed for 3 days and graduation was moved to the 29th. Called and explained the situation and was told because of the storm I would be refunded. NEVER REFUNDED. Called in again and was told it was policy and not their fault the Military closed the base. they are more concerned about their $200 then doing what is right.

    We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From check in, the valet, and check out! The gentleman at the front desk during check in was kind and extremely helpful . He was knowledgeable about the hotel and the area we were going later in the day. Our room was nice and clean with a partial view of the baseball stadium. We didn’t take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, we made a quick exit this morning due to the weather event coming in today. Check out was easy and the gentleman at the front desk this morning was also super helpful and easy going. We did utilize the valet. That was a quick turn around for our car and the valet also helped us with our luggage into the car.

    Do not stay here!!! Customer service is awful! Andrew is awful and very nasty! When I arrived they said valet was booked! We parked at Whole Foods 5 blocks away. Which was an inconvenience with bags, so we had to catch uber, they do not offer shuttle service, or anything for the inconvenience. They said I had to pay for valet in advance! This was the only overnight parking in the area! Which was $74 a night. When we arrived they said it was a security deposit, and I would get it back next day when I leave. Ok so when I checked out, I asked when I would get my deposit he said 24 hours. Well that did not happen, so I contacted the hotel. Well guess what he said I had valet on my bill I said no I did not your valet was booked! Andrew stated he was going to investigate the valet company, I said when he said, when I feel like it! Please don’t stay here! Worst experience and customer service! There something shady going on at this hotel! They take your money putting other cars on your room to collect money!
