    I recommend that you stay away from this property. They will place made up charges on your bill and when confronted about them they will make up a false story and not reimburse you. They will short you on Hilton points and not give you food and beverage credits that you deserve. Stay away from this property.

    A Pleasant Stay in a Clean Environment

    We had a family reunion at the Hilton Garden Inn in Greenbelt. It was clean, pleasant staff and the food was great. The manager stopped by for a short while to check on us. We would do it again at this location. Love it.     This location is neatly tucked away, and a short ride to Washington, D.C. It is within walking distance to local dining. The suite was immaculate and service from the staff was very easy-going.     I had a really good stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC/Greenbelt. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms were nice and well kept, and everything throughout the hotel looked organized and taken care of.The staff was honestly the best part of the stay. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with anything I needed. You can tell they care about their guests and work hard to make people feel welcome. The GM also deserves a lot of credit for running such a great hotel and having such a professional team. Their customer service and hospitality really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
