Generator WHO?
18 Mar 2026
Booked the Generator.... showed up to the RENDALE hotel. I was told by the front desk that our reservations were not found. I was told by the front desk that the hotel had changed names and ownership as of 2 days ago and that all previous reservations did not transfer over to the new systems. 2 Hours later, we were in our rooms. What a NIGHTMARE. BEWARE...and book elsewhere if you can.

HORRIBLE!!!! NO HOT WATER ALL VALENTINES WEEKEND! NO FREE PARKING! NO WASHCLOTHS! Generator DC Management, Guest Services / Front Office at Hotel Rendale Washington DC, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience during your stay, especially regarding the hot water issue during Valentine’s weekend. We understand how frustrating that must have been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our team worked to address the situation as quickly as possible, but we regret that it impacted your stay. Regarding parking, we do offer on-site parking in our garage for a nightly fee, and we apologize if this was not clearly communicated. We are also sorry if washcloths were not available when you needed them, as our team is always happy to provide additional amenities upon request.Your feedback is very important to us, and we truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We hope you might consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
