    Outstanding food, view, service, and atmosphere. Our server Estevan was friendly, prompt, and made our daddy/daughter dinner date special.

    We spent the most incredible 3 nights here on a flying visit from Ireland. Even if you dont stay here it definitely worth calling in to the Vue rooftop bar, the views and vibes are hard to beat. Sitting overlooking the White House sipping a tasty cocktail..... an experience we will never forget. Location is really good, literally directly across from the White House, we walked everywhere. The beds.....omg some of the comfiest we have ever slept in. The service was really good, we tried the food in the restaurant and it was very good. Rooms were spotless and in the words of my teen...vibes were immaculate! Loved it, i think we would go as far as saying this was probably the best hotel breakfast we have had on our travels.

    If I could give this hotel a negative rating, I would.A few weeks ago, I left four bags with the front desk while I went sightseeing before my flight. When I returned, only three were given back to me—even though I had all four claim tickets. I later learned that my missing bag had been released to another guest due to employee error.What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of professionalism afterward. I have emailed the manager, Stephanie Zavala, multiple times and have either been ignored or given little to no meaningful assistance. Weeks later, I still do not have my belongings back and have received no real resolution.This situation was caused by the hotel’s staff, yet there has been very little accountability from management. For a hotel that expects guests to trust them with their belongings, their handling of this situation has been unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here or leaving valuables in the care of their employees.     Had an amazing time at the VUE Rooftop restaurant this evening. Our server Fekade was attentive and just a delight! I highly recommend this location for drinks and/or dinner — especially at sunset!
