The hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Washington DC in the heart of the Rosslyn business community. It offers easy access to all major business and tourist attractions via the Rosslyn Metro system.

Facility

The hotel has 5 suites, 136 single rooms and 176 double rooms, which are located on 16 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience.     Another Great Stay with Outstanding Front Desk Service

    Our family returned to the Hyatt Centric Arlington for a one-night stay this past weekend, and it reminded us why we like this property. The customer service here continues to be excellent.Checking InWe were checked in by Mahmut, who we actually remembered from a prior stay when he assisted us with a suite upgrade via text. This time, we needed a standard 2 Queen Bed room for the four of us. Mahmut was incredibly welcoming and efficient. He even stepped in to take our keys and coordinate the valet when the attendant was away from the podium. He also made sure extra water and towels were promptly delivered to our room, which we really appreciated.Room AccommodationsThe double queen room was very clean and provided a comfortable night's sleep. While the footprint is a bit compact, it is very typical for the market and perfectly fine for a short stay.Breakfast UpdateBreakfast was covered under our Globalist status. The meal was good, but we did note that the live omelet/egg station from our previous visit wasn't running. It’s possible this was just due to the holiday weekend schedule, but worth noting if you've stayed here before.Staff RecognitionThe highlights of our stay were definitely the interactions with the staff. During check-out, Cindy was wonderful and efficiently took care of our breakfast credits. We also enjoyed a great chat with Irma. Between Mahmut, Cindy, and Irma, the front desk team provides fantastic hospitality. We will definitely be back.     We stayed in Hyatt Centric Arlington on the return leg of our trip to Virginia.The hotel is very conveniently located near Rosslyn Metro Station on SILVER Line, which made it very easy to reach Washington Dulles International Airport for our return flight. The Reception Staff are very welcoming and friendly. In particular, we were dealing with a very pleasant and most helpful young lady - IRMA, checking us in and checking us out the following day.The hotel is very modern, well designed and bright. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was a pleasure to use their very efficient elevators. The elevators were exceptionally fast in comparison with many other hotels.The METRO is vey easy to use and even on our departure day we managed to do some sight seeing, returning to the hotel for our luggage and and making our way to Dulles International Airport without any rush.This was not our first trip to Washington DC, but now we would not hesitate to use this hotel again as a first choice when we travel to Washington DC again.     Location going into Washington was great to take the Metro in. The hotel was very clean and the night time manager was exceptional. Rooms were clean and parking available too.     I have stayed at this Hyatt Centric for years. This most recent visit was my favorite. The front desk manager gave me a wonderful welcome, explained the benefits of my reservation (I had forgotten that breakfast was included), and made sure I received everything I needed. Excellent service. Great location, nice facilities, and not a huge hotel - just the right size for a professional visit.
