Hyatt House WA DC/The Wharf was amazing. The location is beautiful, right on the river and close to everything (restaurants, metro, water taxis and more)! We highly recommend this hotel. The river view is amazing! All of the staff went above and beyond. They were so friendly, kind and helpful. Every time we came back to the hotel, the front desk would greet us and make us feel welcome. The housekeeping staff we’re friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast area staff were all amazing - so friendly! Such a bonus to have a complimentary breakfast! Next time we are in DC we will definitely stay here again!

First valet very easy and the man who took our car was pleasant and helpful. Second we were early and the front desk man, Senessie, was so accommodating. He took our bags and held them, texted us when our room was ready, gave us our bags as soon as we returned, and the process was fast and easy. He was so nice and very professional. We also much appreciated his great personality. Room was nice and the location of hotel was great too. All around very happy with stay!!!! Pleasantly surprised with Hyatt House on the Wharf - took advantage of the complimentary breakfast everyday I was there. Gym is great. Incredible views of the Washington Channel/Potomac. Also had access to some great running routes - not too far from the National Mall and the great monuments!
