    The entire staff at the higher place are amazing! From their group coordinators and sales, Monica and Melissa to the front desk staff including Onamica, & Derrick at the host kiosk, are fantastic!We’ve been bringing groups to this hotel for several years and the team here has become family!

    The location is central and convenient. However, there is no close by metro stations. The closest ones are Foggy Bottom-GWU and Dupont Circle, both require a 15-minute walk to the hotel.     We had an amazing welcome with some of the best customer service from Onamica. From the moment we arrived, even before check-in, she was incredibly inviting and made sure to help us with any questions or needs we had. She was able to get us checked in early and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The whole team was great, and we really appreciated them helping us bring our bags up to the room.     We arrived at the Hyatt on M street and we were very pleasantly greeted by Onamica who was so very kind. Talk about service with a smile and a great representative for the Hyatt. She was awesome and extremely helpful as my husband mistakenly made two reservations!We also met Rich/Rick the bartender who was also great and very helpful regarding our stay here.
